Configuring Products

Once the ShipGeek connector app is installed in Shopify, here's what to check before a product goes live on DankGeek.

Before you publish

  • Track inventory in Shopify for every product you plan to sell on DankGeek.
  • List each variant option (color, size, etc.) as a separate variant under the same parent product.
  • Product images must be white background, square format, and high quality.

Review the import

In ShipGeek, review the imported product details before publishing — confirm the Dropship cost, Suggested Retail Price (SRP), and description are all correct.

⚠

We'll write the actual product description ourselves, based on the info you provide. Make sure what you give us is extremely detailed — material type, height, width, what's included, thickness, and anything else that makes the description richer. The more detail we get, the better the description, and the more it sells.

Publish it

When everything looks good, flip the Marketplace Availability toggle to publish the product on DankGeek.

Path: Products → Select Product → Marketplace Availability (shipgeek.app/supplier/products)

✦

There's no delay here. As soon as it's toggled to available, it shows up as available in the DankGeek store. From there, DankGeek sets it to active in Shopify — that's the moment it becomes customer-facing.

What's next

Once products are live, orders start landing in your Shopify store automatically. See Orders for what happens from there.
